Gareth Mee

Corporate Co Founder

Corporate Co-founder of DisruptCX and a co-founder of the ITHR Group. Gareth has over 15 years of experience building and leading IT human capital, software integration, development and solution businesses. ITHR clients include Vodafone, Betfair, Noble, TUI and others. Gareth is an investor and co-founder of Clarafication, a Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapy practice, whose work includes charity work for cancer support organisations such as Paul’s Cancer Support Centre.


Alain Alexander

CIO and Co-Founder

Alain is a founding member of ITHR Consulting. Alain was the first hire and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. With over 20 years of IT programme consulting and delivery experience working as Programme Director and Manager. Alain has provided clients with advisory and end to end delivery for some of the most advanced and pioneering transformation programmes in Europe. Clients include, Home Office, Vodafone and Metro Bank.

Klaude Luska

Chief Architect

With 17 years of experience delivering contact centre solutions on projects of all sizes including global deployments for companies such as Shell and Vodafone as well as Friends Life, Metro Bank and T-Mobile (EE). Klaude brings significant experience to DisruptCX and has covered all bases as a Software Developer, Tester, Support Engineer, Business Analyst, Technical Pre-Sales Consultant, Team Lead and Solutions Architect.


Richard Skaife

Advisor - Corporate

Richard's 20 year career in tech has been across Mobile, Fin Tech and Venture. Richard has been named as one of the most influential people in mobile and speaks regularly at events across the globe. Richard has spent time as a partner in early stage Venture and mentors for Expert Impact a social impact charity. Richard advises a small number of VC's and Start Up's on market trends and scaling.


Helene Panzarino

Advisor - Banking

A former international Banker, Helene is a serial and exited entrepreneur and highly experienced Investment Readiness Consultant for the tech and creative sectors. She successfully launched the Inaugural Programme of Education and Events for the UK Fintech trade body, as well as a FinTech Investment Readiness Programme for incumbents and disruptors. She is the creator and Lead Fellow on a world-first Fintech Pathway in a Masters in Tech Entrepreneurship Degree for UCL, a visiting Fellow on the Imperial College Business School MSc in Finance, and co-creator and lead delivery partner on the Imperial College FinTech Executive Education Programme. Named a Top 10 Influencer in SME Funding in 2016, Helene is the sole author of Business Funding for Dummies (Wiley) 2016 and an FSB Parliamentary Task Force on Women and Finance. She is a regular judge, speaker and moderator for SWIFT Innotribe, Rainmaking Innovation Summit, The AltFi Finance Awards, Nextmoney BBVA Awards and the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
